Production & Fulfillment

All physical artworks are printed and shipped by Gelato, my trusted print-on-demand partner.
Each item is created just for you once ordered.

• Production time: 2–7 business days

• Shipping: Varies per country (typically 5–14 business days)

• Shipping delays may occur, especially during holidays or customs processing.

Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your artwork begins its journey.
If something feels off, I’m here to assist with care — though please note I don’t have control over postal or Gelato’s shipping systems.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

If this happens, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and I will arrange a replacement for you through Gelato.

Return shipping is covered if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Customs & Import Fees

If you’re outside the EU, you may be responsible for local customs fees or import taxes.
These are not covered by Erthlee Blueprinters Studio.

Digital Offerings

All digital files (downloads, rituals, lightcodes) are final sale.
No refunds are possible after download.
